The Chinese philosophy of eating is quite different from that in the west; for example, we suggest cooking all your vegetables just until the colour becomes bright. While some people can tolerate a salad, most people will do better without it. Additionally, many of us have picked up habits over the years that aren’t conducive to allowing our body to process things in the way that it needs. Think of watching TV while you eat or checking your phone too close to bedtime. This is why it’s highly beneficial to chat about your specific lifestyle and condition so I can offer custom advice to bring your health to its optimal level.
